Delivery

All deliveries will require a signature.

Please consider this when deciding the address you would like your order shipped to.

We are happy to ship to an address other than the billing address providing some basic security checks add up.

Any order requiring Next Day Delivery must be received by 1 PM

For your convenience, you can choose to collect your order from the store at a time that suits you. Please bring some id or a copy of your receipt when coming to collect.

Mainland UK

All orders over £70 receive free standard delivery.

Europe

  • Order value up to £30 £10
  • Order Value £30.01 - £100 £15
  • Order over £100.01 £20

Prices start from £20 e.g. 1 pair of shoes to USA or Canada = £20

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from boarderline.co.uk you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Original delivery and return delivery costs will still be payable by the customer.

Please follow the instructions on your despatch note.

We will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return.

All items must be unused and include the original packaging with all tags attached.

Items such as shoes or snowboard boots which are boxed, should be returned in a bag or wrapped with no tape or damage to the original box.

IF YOUR ITEM DOESN'T FIT

If you require an exchange for a different size you can return your original item to us and we will send you your desired size. Postage costs are to be covered by the customer.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
