Delivery And Returns

DELIVERY

For small items and accessories, we use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. Typical delivery is 1-2 days.

For everything else we use DPD which offers a next day delivery service for the UK. with full tracking.
Mainland Europe takes 2-5 days.

All deliveries will require a signature.
Please consider this when deciding the address you would like your order shipped to.

We are happy to ship to an address other than the billing address providing some basic security checks add up.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from boarderline.co.uk you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Original delivery and return delivery costs will still be payable by the customer.

Please call or email in advance if you wish to return your purchase.

We will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return.

IF YOUR ITEM DOESN'T FIT

If you require an exchange for a different size you can return your original item to us and we will send you your desired size. Postage costs are to be covered by the customer.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Dangerous Sports: Snowboarding can be a dangerous sport and participating in it may lead to serious injury or death of yourselves and or 3rd parties. Boarderline accepts absolutely no liability for any such injuries, deaths or other costs incurred as a result of said injuries.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Delta and various other debit cards.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

We will endeavour to get all items shipped the same day as an order but orders made after 14:00 will typically be shipped the next working day. European shipping rates can be found at the checkout or confirmed by e-mailing or contacting us.

Delivery Schedule

We will endeavour to process your order the same day as you make it and will post the item 1st class recorded for small items and using our 24hr DHL courier service on larger items. Orders made between 5:30 pm on Friday and 10:00 am Monday will be posted on Monday. There is a 10% Cancelation charge if an order is cancelled before being shipped and a 20% restock charge for items that have already been shipped.

Back Orders

We will make every effort to keep online stock levels up to date and will update the site approximately every hour. In the event of errors a full refund is always offered and you will have the choice to wait for the item to come back into stock. Please e-mail us if you have any queries prior to ordering.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added.

Boarderline is registered for VAT, our VAT number is 297 4842 05. Vat is charged on most items. For more information on this or for a VAT invoice, please request it in the special delivery instructions section of the checkout.

Credit Card Security

Payment is taken using the SagePay secure server. This system is fully secure and encrypted, we will never even see your credit card details so there is no chance of fraud through third party access to you details. In the unlikely event that due to updating delays your order is unavailable we will email you immediately to let you know estimated delivery times and offer you a refund.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

All products on this site are covered by a minimum 1 years Manufacturers guarantee for defects in manufacture and materials. This does not affect your statutory rights. Most snowboard equipment must be fitted and tested by an authorised dealer or similar expert and Boarderline doesn't guarantee the safety of any setup done by a third party.

Product pictures may occasionally differ from actual item due to colour variations from manufacturers and colour/size options. Boarderline reserves the right to change descriptions, pictures and prices at any time and without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the website. Boarderline will not be held responsible for costs incurred due to errors or omissions within this site.

Privacy Policy

Boarderline Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your receipt of the item, an item may be returned for any reason for a refund, but we will not refund our postage costs or your postage costs unless the product is incorrect, not as described or faulty in some way. In the event that you change your mind about an item there is a 10% cancellation charge assuming the order is cancelled before we have posted it. If you notify us after postage you will be charged 20% to restock any items, you will also be charged for our postage.
